Making Millions in Foreclosures

Making Millions in Foreclosures - Product Review

I'm often leery of any book that suggests I can "make millions" by doing anything.  But the reality is that those that have made fortunes have used real estate as at least one vehicle in their portfolio strategy.  Nobody can dispute that banks are overloaded with foreclosures, and the government is helping investors find buyers.  The opportunity for profiting in real estate has never been better.

One of the traits I truly admire about Armando Montelongo is his knack of explaining things in a way that makes sense, and he doesn't disappoint in his information packed e-book, Making Millions in Foreclosures. I almost hesitate to call this an e-book due to its almost 100 page informational analysis of the foreclosure process and all the options you as an investor, can exercise to make big profits in real estate.

The legalities of foreclosures vary from state to state.  You need to be aware of the process in your state, as there are many opportunities to buy a property at varying stages in the timeline.  Once you are aware of the stages, you learn what makes a seller motivated to sell, and how to help that seller solve whatever problems they currently experience.

In addition to understanding the foreclosure process, he tells you how and where to find motivated sellers, how to know if you've found a good deal AND how to find the financial resources to fund the deal.  He even goes beyond the basics and explains how to deal with contractors during the rehab process.

For someone interested in taking advantage of the current real estate market, Making Millions in Foreclosures is a great way to get started in real estate investing without a big hit to your pocketbook.
